Communication & Collaboration

Effective communication saves time and builds trust. Here’s my approach:

• Async First: Use text-based messaging platform for non-urgent matters. I’m flexible but may not respond instantly.
• Preferred Channels: Channel / Group Threads on things that should be collective awareness; DM for quick chat; email for formal. Ask before adding to groups.
• Collaboration Style: Assume good intent. I’m open to questions, feedback, and helping with my skills (e.g., React, TypeScript, React Native)
• Feedback: Share candidly and timely; I seek for constructive feedback (given and taken).

Working Style Preferences

I thrive in focused, flexible environments:

• Remote/Hybrid: Prefer async work; in-person only for deep discussions.
• Meetings: Only if essential—prep agendas, share context, end early if done.
